What is your refund policy?
Due to the nature of digital products we do not offer refunds once a kit has been purchased.
What is a .zip file and how do I open it?
A .zip file is compressed file or series of files. It enables us to reduce the file size and store all of the images in a kit in one downloadable file.
Find your file, most likely in your Download folder.
Double-click the icon.
The file will 'unzip' creating your kit folder.
Find your file.
Press and hold (or right-click) the folder.
Select Extract All, and then follow the instructions.
Can I resell or redistribute any of the images?
The short answer is: no.
What is a .png file?
A .png file is a type of image file which can have a transparent background. They are often used for websites, but we thought they would be perfect for 'ease of use' with our pre-cut out figures and objects.
Are the images vector/.eps?
We took the decision to make our images as simple to use as possible and make all images with a transparent background .png rather than .eps or .ai.
Can I use the images in Affinity Photo/Photoshop/Canva, etc?
