Licensing Agreement
All our images are royalty-free, that means you pay one fee and can use the images in a kit several times without paying an additional fee (you don’t pay a ‘royalty’ for each use).
Some stock image sites require you to purchase a more expensive ‘Extended License’ but we don’t believe that to be necessary. We want to make things a little easier for you.
However, there are some limitations. All are explained below.
What you can and cannot do with our license
What you can do:

Unlimited use on personal and commercial client projects.

After purchasing one of our kits you may use the images within it as many times as you like and will not have to buy the same kit for every project you work on, providing each use is within the rights of our license:

Up to 200,000 physical products for sale.

Unlimited digital-only products (such as ebooks, Facebook marketing).

Unlimited physical advertisements for local, national, and global market.

Digital paid advertisements with unlimited impression.
-
Broadcast and streaming for unlimited lifetime viewers.

One native app, web app, or game downloaded or sold up to 125,000 times.

What you cannot do:

Resell or redistribute.

You are unable to resell or redistribute our images in a way that is seen to compete directly with our platform. For example; Reselling an image as a downloadable stock image or giving it away for free.

Share files

You cannot share any file with a third-party or provide your client with the source files. For example; buying a kit and sending one or more files to a designer. The third party/client would need to purchase a kit, too.

Use for clients with an annual revenue that exceeds £10 million:

Use resources on their own within an end product for sale. For example;

You cannot purchase an illustration pack and sell prints of the illustrations without combining them with other assets and or original creatives.

Redistribute, sublicense, or share the assets

Resell assets as digital stock images/downloads

You may not resell work created from our resources in a way that is seen to compete directly with the original product creator. E.g.: Downloading an illustration kit, combining the illustrations to create a new illustration and reselling this as a downloadable stock image.

Use assets if your company's annual revenue is more than £10 million GBP per annum

Use assets if the total end products for client/project exceed 200,000 units.
Illustrations
You are able to

Use the illustrations to create a flattened, original design for use on Print on Demand websites; such as mugs, t-shirts, etc.
You are not able to

Turn the vector/illustration into a digital repeating pattern, icon, or other design resources to sell.

Provide your client with the source files.

Deconstruct the illustration and resell the individual parts.

Use an illustration as a primary logo mark for an organisation.
Textures
You are able to

Use the textures as a background within your original design

Use the textures as an overlay with your original design
You are not able to

Use the textures as a standalone design
